Do you have a pre-show ritual? Perhaps a song or good luck charm that helps you get into the right mindset?
Yes, I do! I say a quick prayer, calm my nerves with some breathing exercises, and remind myself that this is what I’ve always wanted and where I’m meant to be.
If you could only wear one colour for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Definitely black, it’s my favourite. It creates this effortless impression, and you can never go wrong with it. Black has a timeless, versatile quality that resonates with me.
What’s the funniest compliment you’ve ever received during a fashion show?
I don’t know if it’s exactly funny, but I’ve often been told I wear an outfit like it was made just for me. It’s a flattering comment, and it always makes me smile.

You’ve walked for iconic brands such as Prada, Acne Studios, and Schiaparelli. How do you feel each time you wear a designer’s creation?
Each brand has a unique vision for their collection, and being chosen to walk for them feels like they trust my presence to bring that vision to life. Wearing their designs and stepping onto the runway gives me a sense of responsibility to embody their creativity to the fullest.
What does beauty mean to you? Is it more about aesthetics or something deeper, like an inner experience?
Beauty is definitely deeper; it’s multidimensional. I believe it’s different for everyone, but to me, beauty is a blend of physical, emotional, and mental authenticity. In fashion, that translates to confidence, uniqueness, and self-acceptance, as well as a kind of pure, unguarded quality that reflects inner openness and innocence. Beauty can be seen and felt, and true beauty emerges when both are present.
When you walk down the runway, what do you hope to convey to the audience through your presence and the look you’re wearing?
It depends on the designer’s vision for the collection. Whether it’s confidence, strength, or inspiration, I aim to embody that vibe while adding my own energy to each look.

Fashion has a unique power. How does it feel to know that you’re a part of an industry that shapes how people see themselves?
Fashion influences self-expression, identity, and values. Being in this industry places me at a creative and influential crossroads. As a model, I’m not just showcasing clothes; I’m a part of a bigger statement that speaks to something more meaningful beneath the surface.
In your Instagram bio, you wrote: ‘That particular child of God.’ What does that phrase mean to you?
To me, it’s a reminder of how far God’s grace has brought me. I’ve faced challenges that many might not overcome. That phrase is my way of saying I’m not just anyone – I’m uniquely and exceptionally made.
Has there been a moment in your career where you thought: ‘This is exactly where I’m supposed to be’?
Absolutely! When I walked for Schiaparelli, I felt a profound sense of belonging. Seeing my name among supermodels, I felt empowered, like this was exactly where I was meant to be. I almost caught myself smiling on the runway.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received in the fashion world that you always
carry with you?
The fashion world can be intense and demanding, so I’ve been advised to always stay trueto myself and to what I believe in. It’s advice that keeps me grounded.
